Description:

Once per turn: You can remove any number of Spell Counters from your field; add 1 monster to your hand from your Deck or face-up Extra Deck, with a Level equal to the number removed, that you can place a Spell Counter on. If this card on the field would be destroyed by card effect, you can remove 1 Spell Counter from this card instead.
