I would like to thank william815 for producing this wonderful deck, and also Nyx for this description. Today I would like to share with you a deck called: 15. Magical Library OTK (TCG). This is a meta deck. A deck can be considered meta if it's built according to the latest banlist and features cards that make it broken and competitive. This deck uses the April 2025 TCG banlist. This is a Combo deck. Combo decks rely on 2+ card combinations and have high synergy. Furthermore this deck relies on having a lot of special summons. This deck is very difficult to play.
