Thank you to moran for uploading this amazing deck, and also Shiloh for writing this description. The name of this here deck is Shaddoll Tearlaments. This is a meta deck. In a meta deck, the most important feature is the efficiency. These decks are specially thought for winning a competition in fewest turns possible. This deck uses the September 2024 TCG banlist. I like to go first at the start of the duel whenever possible with this deck. This is a Hybrid deck. Hybrid decks feature traits of various deck types.
