Thank you to Chaos for creating this amazing deck, and also Lorelei for writing this article. Chaos calls this deck Dark Magician Volkan. This is a hat deck. HAT decks can only contain cards released before July of 2014. HAT decks have to use pre-errata versions of cards whenever they are available. This deck uses the December 2024 TCG banlist. This deck was first shared on 2024-12-24.
Chaos didn't specify if this deck is better at going first or second at the start of the duel. Chaos didn't specify the playstyle for this deck. This deck is very easy to play.
