So, what is HAT format? Well, HAT is a format that developed from the summer 2014 NAWCQ. HAT is actually an acronym for Hand, Artifact, and Traptrix. These three archetypes were used in that event, and dominated the game at the time. Cards like Fire Hand, Artifact Moralltach, and Traptrix Myrmeleo were peak meta at the time. HAT uses the rules, card pool, and ban list as it was in the summer of 2014. Other popular archetypes in the format are Madolche, Gishki, Mermail, Spellbook, Geargia, Bujin, Gladiator Beast, Sylvan Evilswarm, and more!
