The Birds!
Bird-Up is all about the birds, Winged Beasts everywhere! You see, the main deck of the format is a Lyrilusc + Tri-Brigade build. This deck uses the Lyrilusc engine to fill the board with low-level Winged Beasts without taking up your Normal Summon. Then, you can use your Normal Summon on your Tri-Brigade monster. And with all those materials on the Field, the idea is to build a tight end board to lock out your opponent. The typical end board goal for the Bird-Up deck is Apollousa, Bow of the Goddess, Barrier Statue of the Stormwinds, Simorgh Bird of Sovereignty, and Linkuriboh for good measure. And, not to mention using Lyrilusc – Assembled Nightingale to then easily bridge into Divine Arsenal AA-ZEUS – Sky Thunder.
Other Decks
Though Lyrilusc + Tri-Brigade dominated during the format, there is plenty of room for other archetypes and decks, like Artifact, Harpie, Sky Striker, Swordsoul, Tenyi, Prank-Kids, Eldich, Dryton, and more!
