Thank you to Chaos for creating this amazing deck, and also Lorelei for writing this article. Chaos calls this deck Dark Magician Volkan. This is a hat deck. HAT decks can only contain cards released before July of 2014. HAT decks have to use pre-errata versions of cards whenever they are available. This deck uses the December 2024 TCG banlist. This deck was first shared on 2024-12-24 and was last updated on 2024-12-27.
