This deck has been created by DankScorpion using the Dueling Nexus deck editor. While this article was created by Petra. You can call this deck HAT Cyber Dragon, because that is what it was named by the duelist who made it. This is a hat deck. HAT decks can only contain cards released before July of 2014. HAT decks have to use pre-errata versions of cards whenever they are available. This deck uses the Apr. 2014 HAT banlist. This deck was first shared on 2024-03-28.
This is a Midrange deck. Midrange decks have a moderate levels of searching and disruptions. They have simple, consistent and powerful plays, however their monsters aren't as powerful as in Aggro decks. This deck is difficult to play.
