We here at Dueling Nexus would like to thank DankScorpion for sharing their deck with everyone. and also Petra for writing this article. DankScorpion calls this deck HAT Norleras. This is a hat deck. HAT decks can only contain cards released before July of 2014. HAT decks have to use pre-errata versions of cards whenever they are available. This deck uses the Apr. 2014 HAT banlist.
