Duelist OceanPleb brought to you this deck on Dueling Nexus. While the description was published by Shiloh. Welcome to a deck that I like to call Ice barrier. This is a meta deck. Metadecks are elite competitive decks that are winning big time. They usually are classified in 'tiers'. 'Tier 1' are the very decent ones and 'Tier 0' are the completely broken ones, almost imposible to beat. This deck uses the April 2024 TCG banlist. This deck was first shared on 2024-07-18.
I like to go first at the start of the duel whenever possible with this deck. OceanPleb didn't specify the playstyle for this deck. This deck is relatively easy to play.
