I would like to thank UPM Master for uploading this wonderful deck, and also Petra for this article. The duelist who made this deck calls it Joey Wheeler PRIME. This is a roleplay deck. Roleyplay decks are decks that are not suited for ranked and competitive play, roleplay decks are often based around a specific character and should only be used in fun duels. This deck uses the September 2024 TCG banlist. This deck was first shared on 2024-10-04.
