We would like to thank Shay for publishing this deck and Lorelei for writing the article. This deck was named locals.txt by Shay. This is a meta deck. A deck can be considered meta if it's built according to the latest banlist and features cards that make it broken and competitive. This deck uses the October 2025 TCG banlist. This deck was first shared on 2026-01-10.
I like to go first at the start of the duel whenever possible with this deck. This is a Midrange deck. Midrange decks have a moderate levels of searching and disruptions. They have simple, consistent and powerful plays, however their monsters aren't as powerful as in Aggro decks. This deck is moderately easy to play.
It's important to note that the main deck has exactly 40 cards.
