Luminous Utopic Galaxy!. This is a casual deck. Casual decks are supposed to be fun to play. A fun deck is sometimes dedicated to amuse its user and sometimes its opponents. I like to go first at the start of the duel whenever possible with this deck. NeoKnight X didn't specify the playstyle for this deck. This deck is moderately easy to play.
