Special thanks goes to Kanna Kakimari for sharing this deck with everyone, and to Shiloh for writing this article. We have here a deck called Raise of the Ocean Lords. This is a casual deck. A fun/casual deck allows you to have an interesting interaction with your opponents and might contribute to a more pleasant duel rather than a heavy and robotic one. This deck uses the February 2026 TCG banlist. This deck was first shared on 2026-05-16 and was last updated on 2026-05-21.
I like to go first at the start of the duel whenever possible with this deck. This is a Hybrid deck. Hybrid decks feature traits of various deck types. They exist to compensate for an inherent weakness of pure typings. Hybrid decks may present significant match-up problems. This deck is moderately easy to play.
In the main deck there are 60 cards.
I highly recommend using the Dueling Nexus deck editor as it's by far the best one. You can press the shuffle button as many times as you want to look for any bad opening hands.
