I would like to thank KIK CHAOR for sharing this wonderful deck, and also Shiloh for this article. KIK CHAOR calls this deck rey carmesi. This is a toss deck. TOSS decks can only contain cards released before July of 2019. TOSS decks have to use pre-errata versions of cards whenever they are available. This deck uses the January 2024 JCC banlist. This deck was first shared on 2024-04-13 and was last updated on 2024-11-18.
This is a Control deck. Control decks, which can often be stun and anti meta decks are capable of responding to large threats with minimal investment. They are inherently disruptive and have many layers of defense. This deck is very easy to play.
