Guide

Scareclaw is a rogue-ish deck that’s easy to play and easy to master. The deck revolves around Scareclaw Tri-Heart, a LINK 3 boss monster that needs 3 effect monsters to be summoned. Each main deck Scareclaw monster has the ability to summon themselves from the hand next to or below another Scareclaw monster, allowing you to spam out these monsters and make big plays.

The heart & soul of the deck is Scareclaw Light-Heart, your LINK 1 monster that requires a Scareclaw monster or Visas in a main monster zone (as such it can use itself). It searches the field spell (not once per turn), Primitive Planet Reichphobia and can summon itself back from the grave if you control Visas.

Scareclaw deck Basic combo

Your basic combo would need a Scareclaw monster and any extender (which could also be another Scareclaw)

1. Normal Summon your Scareclaw monster
2. Make Scareclaw Light-Heart, add Primitive Planet Reichphobia
3. Activate Primitive Planet Reichphobia, add Visas Starfrost
4. Summon Visas Starfrost by destroying Scareclaw Light-Heart
5. Summon Scareclaw Light-Heart using its own effect
6. Make another Scareclaw Light-Heart using itself, add another Primitive Planet Reichphobia
7. Use Scareclaw Light-Heart, Visas Starfrost and your extender to make Scareclaw Tri-Heart
8. Activate Scareclaw Tri-Heart, summoning back a Level 3 Scareclaw monster and adding Scareclaw Reichheart
9. If you haven’t activated Scareclaw Reichheart yet, summon him and add Sclash or Defanging (if you already have Sclash)

Scareclaw deck one-card combo

You also have a one-card combo of Scareclaw Reichheart to make Baronne

1. Normal Summon Scareclaw Reichheart and add Scareclaw Arrival
2. Make Scareclaw Light-Heart, add Primitive Planet Reichphobia
3. Activate Primitive Planet Reichphobia, add Visas Starfrost
4. Summon Visas Starfrost by destroying Scareclaw Light-Heart
5. Summon Scareclaw Light-Heart using its own effect
6. Make another Scareclaw Light-Heart using itself, add another Primitive Planet Reichphobia
7. Activate Scareclaw Arrival summoning back Scareclaw Reichheart
8. Make Baronne using Visas Starfrost & Scareclaw Reichheart

Conclusion

All your lines are just the first combo but done a little differently, so it’s really simple to play.

The Adventure cards are in here as you don’t need your normal summon and just buff up the deck. When siding, make sure to replace Gryphon Rider with Illegal Knight. Twinsaw is your other Scareclaw trap option that you can play going First that’s basically Swordsoul Blackout.

Scareclaw’s a really simple deck to pick up, with its simple endboards and combos, but requires you to fully understand the deck to make the most of it.
