I would like to thank Non Finito for publishing this wonderful deck, and also Nyx for this article. This is a yugioh deck that I call Tenpai | Sky Striker ht. This is a hat deck. HAT decks can only contain cards released before July of 2014. HAT decks have to use pre-errata versions of cards whenever they are available. This deck uses the April 2025 TCG banlist.
