I would like to thank elainetoprofane for publishing this wonderful deck, and also Shiloh for this article. This is a yugioh deck that I call toss thunder. This is a toss deck. TOSS decks can only contain cards released before July of 2019. TOSS decks have to use pre-errata versions of cards whenever they are available. This deck uses the July 2019 TOSS banlist. This deck was first shared on 2024-07-04.
