H.A.T.
HAT gets it’s name from the winning deck of the summer 2014 NAWCQ – Hand, Artifact, and Traptrix. Think of Fire Hand, Artifact Moralltach, and Traptrix Myrmeleo. The rule and card pool have changed from time to time, but the generally accepted standard limited and forbidden list is the 2014 North American World Championship Qualifier held on July 11, 2014. It also follows the Yugioh! Master Rules 2. This format uses the ban list, rules, and card pool as it was in April 2014 up to and including the Realm of Light structure deck, and is the last format before the introduction of Pendulum Monsters. It is a unique snapshot of Yugioh! that offers a fun and exciting way to experience old-school Yugioh!
