Description:
Destroy 2 or more monsters you control, and if you do, draw 1 card for every 2 monsters destroyed. During your opponent's Main Phase, if this card is in your GY: You can target 1 monster you control; destroy it, and if you do, Set this card, but banish it when it leaves the field. You can only use this effect of "High Rate Draw" once per turn.
